新聞網(wǎng)訊 我校公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)院營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)首席教授、營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康研究院常務(wù)副院長(zhǎng)李鐸教授應(yīng)大會(huì)組委會(huì)邀請(qǐng)，近日參加了在法國(guó)巴黎舉行的第23屆國(guó)際營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)大會(huì)（IUNS-ICN 2025），并分別做了題為“Vegetarian versus omnivorous diets on cardiovascular health”的特邀報(bào)告和題為“Overview of functional lipids and human health”的主題報(bào)告。

李鐸教授還同時(shí)主持了3場(chǎng)分論壇，分別為“Public health and nutrition throughout life cycle”，“Functional Lipids & Human Health”和“Basic research in nutrition”。

此外，李鐸教授團(tuán)隊(duì)展示了3個(gè)墻報(bào)“Effects of different proportions of DHA and ARA on cognitive development in infants: a Meta-Analysis of randomized controlled trials”，“Metabolomics analysis revealed the ameliorating effects of pomegranate seed oil on renal oxidative stress and inflammation in diabetic nephropathy mice”和“Challenges and future of precision nutrition”。

本屆營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)大會(huì)的主題是“為全球健康提供可持續(xù)食物”。來(lái)自于全球130多個(gè)國(guó)家的4000余名代表參加了本次會(huì)議，其中國(guó)內(nèi)140余人參會(huì)。四年一屆的國(guó)際營(yíng)養(yǎng)大會(huì)（ICN）始于1946年，由國(guó)際營(yíng)養(yǎng)科學(xué)聯(lián)合會(huì)（IUNS）主辦。本次大會(huì)共接收摘要3182篇，設(shè)有6個(gè)主旨報(bào)告和36個(gè)特邀報(bào)告，270個(gè)專(zhuān)題研討會(huì)和口頭摘要報(bào)告會(huì)。
